The Beauty of Dupatta: Dupatta Styles – Part II

I’m baaaaaaack!!
After a CRAZY week (well, few weeks), I finally had some room to breathe on Sunday!

So without further ado, I thought I’d share some dupatta styles. Now that we’ve seen a few different styles of wearing the dupatta while observing Hijab, time to showcase some styles that do show hair.

Traditional
This dupatta style is also known as the “Maharani” setting. This style has been popular since the beginning of time for a traditional shaadi (wedding) look. We have seen this dupatta setting on our grandmothers and mothers. It’s perfect for those brides looking to achieve a timeless look. There are a few variations to the style – showing more vs. less shirt; having the dupatta set further vs. closer from your hair line, etc.

How about a contrasting flower to your dupatta?

Or a matching flower?
