Hey!
came across your blog when I was looking for the name of the rasam where the bride’s sisters hold on to the groom’s pinky until they get mooooolah! Interesting breakdown of the events! 🙂
If you haven’t booked your photographer yet! Check me out- pakistani weddings are my specialty! 😉

Your blog is so cute! I love it, I was looking forward to all the desi ‘to be bride’ stuff except I recently got ‘dis-engaged’ if that word exists lol.
Back to the point, I think its a great idea that you’re planning stuff beforehand and centralizing your thoughts, if you ever need any desi help or trend tips on the wedding way down here from Pakistan let me know 🙂
Good luck

Hey! Out of curiosity, are you bihari? Biharis are known for the chaapa dupattas, so I was just interested in knowing if you’re from there. FYI, I’m bihari, so I was just asking 🙂
Love your blog btw! Its nice to see such awesome posts from someone with the same name as me 😉

Wow, same namer – LOVE it! I haven’t ever met someone with the same name as me… pretty cool 🙂
Yes, my moms side of the family is Bihari and my dads side is from Allahabad!
